Shlomo Sprung paid tribute to author Stephen Convey’s Famous ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective People’ in his article on businessinsider.com.au
Essentially the 7 habits focus on proactive actions, positive mindset, visualisation and empathy.
Be responsible for your own life. Be independent to make the right choices based on freedom of choices. Decisions to fate and life path.
Independent will, imagination and self-awareness to make the right move makes you proactive and not reactive
Be your own creator to plan and visualise what you’re going to do and what you’re setting out to accomplish and then go out and creating it. Tackle first, the mental conceptualization and visualisation Second, the physical, actual creation.
Create the ending you want to have. Effective time management with matters of importance. Other tasks are completed based on urgency after addressing matters of importance. Deal with the urgent stuff, and things with deadlines first - your life will be a lot easier.
If you believe, “All parties feel good about the decision and feel committed to the action plan,” “One person’s success is not achieved at the expense or exclusion of the success of others.” With integrity and maturity, there’s no reason win/win situations can’t happen.
Listen with the intention to understand. Being an empathetic listener means you’re a good listener, you take the time to understand a concept, you’ll have the ability to diagnose situations and take the conversation and solution to another level which will always win.
Synergistic communication is “opening your mind and heart to new possibilities, new alternatives, and new options.” Value the differences, respect them, and build on strengths that in turn will lessen the weaknesses.
Don’t forget about re-energizing and renewing yourself to sharpen yourself for the tasks in front of you. It’s all about exercise, nutrition, reading, planning and writing, service and empathy and commitment, study and meditation.
Your state of being, whether sad, elated, neutral, angry or joyful, is called your vibrational frequency. Happiness, like depression, is a state of being. Enlightenment has the highest frequency and the greatest expansion of energy. What does this mean?
According to Alexandra Panait there are 8 things you can do to raise your vibration and live your best life.
As quoted in Scientific American, ‘It turns out that in Einstein’s theory of general relativity, regions of space with positive energy actually push space outward. As space expands, it releases stored up gravitational potential energy, which converts into the intrinsic energy that fills the newly created volume. So even the expansion of the universe is controlled by the law of energy conservation’.
Alexandra Panait 8 things you can do to raise your vibration and live your best life are so simple that you wonder - Why isn’t this second nature? Let’s explore how to match the vibration of what we wish to attract. Here are the main take-away points from the fabulous Thrive Global article
